PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY - MEDITATE DAY AND NIGHT

The first birth was before the Garden of Eden. “Then the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.” God gave life to the dust of the ground, not the soil but dust. "Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain it". (Psa. 139:6 NKJV)
God led Ezekiel to a valley where the ground was covered with bones. “He led me all around the valley, and I could see that there were very many bones and that they were very dry. He said to me, “Mortal man, can these bones come back to life?” (Ezek. 37:2-3 GNT) God instructed him to prophesy to the dry bones that is speak the Word to the dry bones. He commanded the wind and breath entered the dry bones and they became living beings again.
Jesus said: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” those who believe will live again as well as have eternal life.
WHY? Because it's God’s decision - “ I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.” (Ezek. 36:26-27 NIV)
Here is the problem: “Israel (like many today) has a chance to live, but is too foolish to take it—like a child about to be born, who refuses to come out of the womb. I will not save this people from the world of the dead or rescue them from the power of death.” (Hosea 13:13-14 GNT) This means only those who want to be rescued can be rescued.
The rebirth of the dry bones in the valley is the rebirth of all who have gone astray, who are in the valley of the shadow of death but who hear the Word and springs back to life again. “There is hope for a tree that is cut down……... .Its roots may grow old in the ground and its stump die in the soil, yet at the scent of water (on hearing the Word) it will bud and put forth shoots like a plant.” (Job 14:7-9 NIV) You must be born again.
THE WORD: “The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man is of heaven. As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven.” (1 Cor. 15:47-48 NIV)
