CAUGHT ON CAMERA - UNDENIABLE EVIDENCE! - KBA Devotional

PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY - MEDITATE DAY AND NIGHT

Aug. 3rd, 2026.

“Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.” (Heb.4:13 NIV)

"For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all your paths." (Prov. 5:21)

"The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good." (Prov 15:13)

One thing is certain; “the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.” If we are conscious of the presence of God in our lives and in all we do, would we do things differently? We invite God to travel with us, to deliver us in all and every situation we deem dangerous, or something we have no control of, but we always never remember that whether or not He is invited, He sees all that we do and every action is recorded in our names with dates stamped - undeniable evidence. Yes, we invite God into our affairs but are just not conscious that He sees us in our dirtiest as well. This is why when the Holy Spirit confronts us with our sins, in our private moments with Him, we have just one reaction - we agree.

We often claim or believe that we are giving God our best, serving in our various posts in and or outside the church. We even claim and or brag to be faithful in all we do to whoever is listening. We cheat our spouses and claim to be innocent. We steal from the church and our employers and claim to be honest. We break our promises even before it leaves our mouths and pretend it is all well! The scripture tells us to ‘do all things as if we are doing them to the Lord.’ Are we listening? We can lie to ourselves but cannot lie to a Holy God. God is Omnipresence.

The Israelites treated God's commands as a "weariness" or a chore. Instead of eagerly bringing their finest as prescribed by the Law, they looked for ways to cut corners by sacrificing the rejects of their flocks. “When you bring injured, lame or diseased animals and offer them as sacrifices, should I accept them from your hands?” says the Lord. (Mal 3:13)  “Do we not all have one Father? Did not one God create us? Why do we profane the covenant of our ancestors by being unfaithful to one another?” (Mal. 2:10) Another thing you do: You flood the Lord’s altar with tears. You weep and wail because he no longer looks with favor …. You ask, “Why?” It is because the Lord is the WITNESS between you and the wife of your youth.” (Mal. 2:13-14) This goes both ways. The bible says, Adam and Eve were naked before Him. Not because they had no clothes on but because He sees the inner heart - our intentions before we act on it. Hence Jesus said thinking (not doing yet) is sin. (Mat. 5:28; James 4:17) SO, WHERE CAN WE RUN?

THE WORD: “Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.” (Psa. 139:7-8 NIV)
