PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY - MEDITATE DAY AND NIGHT.

THE UNIVERSALITY OF GOD.
Christians have no difficulties believing that the earth is the Lord's and all its fullness (Psalm 24) or in the beginning was God and He created the heavens and the earth (Gen. 1:1; John 1:1-3). But beyond this fraction of God’s creations, He, God does not leave anyone in the dark concerning His existence, superiority, and sovereign power. This is so that no one can contest that He does not exist and win. Why? Because....
"The HEAVENS DECLARE THE GLORY OF GOD; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun." (Psa.19.1-4.NIV).
Speechless creations talking about the supreme God to the understanding of every being on earth to the end of the world. "They have no speech, they have no words; no sound is heard from them" yet they speak and declare the glory and majesty of God. Therefore, no one can stand in the final judgment and accuse God. "What if some were unfaithful? Will their unfaithfulness nullify God’s faithfulness? Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written: “So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge.” (Rom.3.3-4.NIV)
Similar to Psalms 19 is the Holy Spirit descent on the day of Pentecost. "All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them............When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken............we hear them DECLARING THE WONDERS OF GOD IN OUR OWN TONGUES!” (Act.2.4,6,11.NIV).
Just as with no sound, and no words, so also with sound and with words (understandable languages), God declares His glory, His wonderful works, His sovereignty, His might to all the earth so that no one can deny Him. This is why faith is so very powerful where doubts, distractions, confusions cloud the truth of God; Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness (Rom. 4:3)
THE WORD: “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." (Heb.11.6.NIV)
